For the previous two years, Robert Glazer, the CEO of the Boston-based advertising company Acceleration Partners, has welcomed the vacation season by granting some of his workers’ biggest wishes.
In one case, Glazer despatched an worker and her daughter to go to the worker’s grandmother in Greece.
